- Start with some furniture. You will need places where students can build; plan; run robotics; use computers, iPads, other technology. You will also need storage!!!
- Add a few robotics that could be used in small groups.
- Make sure you have enough computers or iPads for research or coding (at least in small groups).
- Collect a bunch of recyclables through an ad campaign to your students and families.
- Plan for ongoing consumables purchases such as craft glue; paper; tape; markers; scissors; plastic drop clothes; paint; pipe cleaners; craft sticks; pompoms; etc.
- You will need some "unplugged" options such as Lego, K'nex, and Keva planks - check Trash or Treasures and ask for donations.

Materials we plan to add:
Planned additions:
- We are now looking forward to adding additional video production options for our students which will alter the space - green screen, stop motion, and claymation.
- We are also planning to add increased challenge to our robotics options (we have a Lego League table that is unused for the months of January - April. Why not make the most of the team expertise to teach the other students how to code the Lego EV3 robots?
- Additionally, we are going to add additional coding options with Hummingbirds.
- Bloxels is another additional resource that we intend to tap into for video game design.
